Remarks
Surevey note in 2017: The "PHOENIX" is a very well constructed motor vessel. Very well custom designed and constructed and is demonstrated in the fit and finish of this particular vessel. She is primarily fitted out for long distance cruising and would be suitable for ether a work boat or live aboard purposes. As the "PHOENIX" was launched in 1977. It is considered to be fully depreciated and if maintained in it's current condition as a very well appointed vessel, she should have excellent cruising abilities and should also be a good investment.
